Newby's Botiga, LLC Asks that you please allow 2 to 5 business days for processing and up to 7 days for packages to arrive.

Make sure to check your address before placing the order so that your package arrives in a timely manner, Newby's Botiga will not replace packages due to wrong addresses. 

There could be instances where orders take up to 10 days to arrive based off weather conditions/natural disaster areas. 

During the Holiday season and Winter season expect longer wait times for orders to arrive.

I do not offer damage replacements or refund lost packages.

It is the customer's responsibility to call USPS for any lost or damaged packages.

 

NOTICE TO ALL CALIFORNIA & NEVADA RESIDENTS: 

Please carefully review your shipping charges before placing an order, shipping charges will not be refunded once an order is placed.

• Shipping to California & Nevada can cost up to 50% more than shipping to other states in the US.
•  California is far from many other states, which means that shipping companies have to cover a greater distance to get packages to their destination.
• Nevada cities can be more expensive due to the rural makeup of the majority of the state.
